Where is pasar rakyat bus terminal

Or perhaps can use the Monorail. It link pretty well with KL's major hotels. Have a nice trip to KL. Pasar Rakyat literally means people's market, and the building has an open air bus terminal, just about 1km away from the Bukit Bintang area, where all the shopping malls are. Plaza Rakyat, or better known as Puduraya not to be mistaken with the Pudu station , is the main bus terminal in KL. This terminal is just m away from Chinatown aka Petaling Street , and about 1.

Not all taxis are bad and do not use the meter. Unfortunately, there are many at the Puduraya bus terminal. Where is your hotel? If it's Ritz Carlton, it's even nearer than the Pasar Rakyat terminal. Don't take a taxi, walk to your hotel if you do not have many bags to carry, unless it's raining. The hotel is a typical large tourist hotel in KL - so expect a comfortable room reasonably sized , good service, an excellent range of food for breakfast Western and Asian.

There are s of shops and restaurants in close walking distance. There is a small swimming pool and spa which we enjoyed using.

We made use of a late check-out, which was reasonably priced. Taxis are available from outside the front door. We tried to save money by getting the metro to the hotel from the airport bus terminal - not worth it, a taxi is so cheap. We'll be staying there again on our next visit to KL. The hotel location is the best at Bukit Bintang area. After arriving by monorail at Bukit Bintang Station you can easily find the hotel as long as you turn to right direction, ask people it is actually across Sungei Wang Plaza which connected to BB station.

Never worried about finding foods all day and night although hotel don't provide breakfast. KFC, Subway, and M The famous street foods at Jalan Alor is just behind the hotel which I prefer for having Malay food. Hotel staffs were friendly and informative as well when you asked for directions.

This is a very practical hotel but they maintain good room cleanliness. You can ask for hair dryer and iron for free. We stayed at deluxe room which has a window facing an alley, the view was not good though, but enough to get morning sunlight and some fresh air.

Only one thing that bothered me, the pillows, blanket and bed sheet need to be refreshed. I could smell some pillow quite stinky. Changing bed sheet set with duffett would be nice. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable.

By far one of the best hotel I have been in so far considering my limited budget. The rooftop with the pool and gym is a nice area to unwind , bring a book with you and enjoy the sunshine.

You will be close to many restaurants and clubs, 2 min away from Pisco Bar. The staff is courteous and welcoming. They helped me book taxis and bus tickets. A mini fridge would have been appreciated. I recommend. First, the check in process was very easy. We got room at first floor. Though it was small room, but it was very comfortable and very clean also. The bathroom was also clean. The hotel is near Jalan Alor where we can find night market and food hawker there.

Overall, we were very satisfy during our stay Overall, we were very satisfy during our stay there. Too bad we only stayed for a night as we had to fly back to Jakarta the next day. However, we definitely will stay again in D'or Hotel if we go to Kuala Lumpur next time. Thanks D'or Hotel!!! Our top picks. Nearest to. See all. The normal room is fine but the view was blocked and of course it was small. The room was spacious with a huge bathtub which my kids really enjoyed!

The breakfast spread was good and it was a different spread on both days. They had a good selection of fruits, kueh and pastries on top of the usual buffet selections. Please note that kids years old need to pay for buffet breakfast. The location is superb. The only setback I found in this hotel is that the pool is not kids friendly.

Will definitely return! Show more. Exceptional reviews. Avg price per night. SGD Check availability. Dorsett Kuala Lumpur. Excellent reviews. Melia Kuala Lumpur. All kinds of restaurants are just nearby, ranging from arabic, indian, english and malaysian cuisines.

Skip to main content. Get directions now. Tun Razak Exchange Trx is meters away, 6 min walk. There are three KL-Singapore bus companies with ticketing counters located on the front of the building.

The buses stop at a big barren piece of land in front of Pasar Rakyat. From here, buses take their passengers to the relatively less remote Golden Mile Complex in Singapore. Bewildered first time arrivers usually fall straight into the hungry jaws of predatory cabbies hanging out there.

Although the terminal is walking distance to the busy red light areas of Imbi, it is not advisable especially when you carry tell-tale luggage.

Bus ticket holders can park their cars at a special rate of RM 15 for 24 hours. What about the Pasar?
